Finished whiskeys are not for the purists, these types of bourbons or whiskeys are finished in another spirit’s barrel. There are many different options out there to choose from to tailor it to your specific likes. Many of these are a nice enhancement to the already delicious bourbon inside. Below is a quick run through of the options I happen to have or had in my bar as some of them are recent bottle kills!
