Simple Syrups

I personally like my simple syrups to be less sweet, so this is an adaptation of liquor.com’s simple syrups. Lowering the sugar from ½ c to 1/3 and 1/4. I prefer the alcohol to do most of the talking in my cocktails but if you prefer the sweetness then you can kick it up! Most simple syrups are good refrigerated for 1 month. With the standard simple syrup, the world is your oyster, mix and match the flavors you enjoy to create your most perfect at home cocktail. Simple syrups are also so easy to make at home, there is no reason to purchase mass manufactured standard syrups when you can make most basic ones in your own kitchen.
