I promise I just didnt spend hours learning everything about Sonat for this post, I did drink the whiskey!!

Nose: Woody, crips green apple. Light refreshing nose.
Taste: Balanced, Smoke, Oaked and an enjoyable graininess with caramel notes.
Overall Take: I really enjoyed this bottle, easy to drink but had a great balance of flavor. A very nice daily sipper, also intrigued about the balance of flavor and bringing this into a cocktail!
